Where you have a PRE-ARRANGED QUOTE
 
All sales are final, except, of course, we will happily replace any orders damaged in shipping
- simply send back damaged copy for a prompt replacement. 

Note: The quantity will say "1" on the order form (since you are making 1 bulk order),
but you will receive the number of books for which you have been quoted.

Choose the button matching the currency of your quote:
    (choose last button for all orders from Japan so you can
    enter addresses correctly )

When you click on the appropriate button to the right, you will be stepped through a number of payment pages. Enter the payment amount of the pre-arranged quote as plain numbers with no currency symbol (e.g. 925.00) and then click on the blue "Update Totals" button.

In the next page, if paying with credit card, click the "Continue" link where it says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue". Enter details including shipping address where you want the books sent.

In the Note section (in the final payment page) enter the number of copies you are ordering and any special delivery instructions. If the shipping address is in the USA, include your phone number for US Customs.
